The SCHOOL ENTERPRISE CHALLENGE The SCHOOL ENTERPRISE CHALLENGE is a programme which provides an opportunity for the schools to run their own business and aims at developing the youngest entrepreneurs. This time the business idea chosen is Game station, Cafe' and MAPS HAAT. It is a student-run business. AIMS • Developing sustainability, cleanliness and hygiene. • Make the child socially adjustable, humane, responsible and accountable. • It focusses on 3R's- Reuse, recycle and replenish. • To meet the societal expectation. • To make the school as a centre for fun learning. • Recreational pursuits and vocational training. SKILLS:  Teamwork  Problem solving  Admiration  Innovation and Creativity.  It covers 3P's- People, Profit and Planet.

GLOBAL CONNECT COLLABORATION ALLOWS US TO KNOW MORE THAN WE ARE CAPABLE OF KNOWING BY OURSELVES ----- PAUL SOLAR Z Mr. Paul Palmarozza ( Director, St. James School, London ) and Ms. Helen Harper ( Sanskrit teacher, St. James School, London) alongwith Mr R. P. Jain visited MAPS. The Day started with their traditional welcome followed by an interaction with principal ma'am. Khushi and Shraddha presented classical dance Bharat Natyam. Aastha recited shlokas from Bhagwat Geeta and CAM students presented Gayatrari mantra followed by Shanti paath. During his address to the students of classes 5 th to 8 th from CAM Wing and of classes 8 th and 9 th, Mr Paul highlighted the philosophy behind introduction of Sanskrit in St James Schøol since 1975. Ms Helen explained how students are benefited by studying Sanskrit in their school. The program ended with a vote of thanks from Ms. Jharna. Mr Paul And Mrs. Helen appreciated the skipping drill presented by the students. ">

MAPS - CAM'S students of classes CAM 6 to CAM 9 went on 25th JULY for a field trip aiming at : * Improved learning experience * Improved critical and thinking skills * Increased learning retention rate Students of CAM 6 - CAM 9 have attended a workshop on "Biotech Peep Inside Cells " at National Science center the learning objective behind the workshop was to make the students identify the various parts of the cell and prepared slide of bacterial and cheek cells.  ·  Provide translation into Hindi

" POETRY IS WHEN AN EMOTION HAS FOUND ITS THOUGHT AND THE THOUGHTS HAS FOUND WORDS " ---------- ROBERT FROST On 10 April 2017 (On the occasion of 40th birth anniversary of Maharaja Agarsain Public School) a workshop ( POETS MEET) was conducted by Akshara Pradhan (student of CAM 6) under the supervision of Ms. Uma Sharma. Students from CAM 3 to CAM 9 attended the workshop. Aim of the workshop was to Teach Various Types Of Poems. The process was done through various activities, and a PPT was also shown to the students. Students found all the activities interesting but the activity TRIOS was the best. Students in the groups of three wrote poem on their favorite topic and illustrate it too.
